A trip to the front page brings up the charming image above, which seems to be some sort of vulgar message from someone called “the|one” to site editorCory Doctorow. The hack also ingeniouslyincorporates the “Jessi Slaughter ‘You Dun Goofed’” viral video.

MySpace Debuts ‘Social Entertainment’ Site Redesign

Los Angeles - News Corp.’s (NYSE:NWS) MySpace online social network on
Wednesday unveiled a long-awaited redesign of the site in beta, which now
positions itself as a ’social entertainment’ service. The redesign includes a
new logo that does away with the capital letter "S" — and in some
iterations, the word "space" entirely, in favor of an empty bracket

WSJ: MySpace, Apps Found to Leak User IDs to Advertisers

Los Angeles - Following similar revelations about Facebook,
News Corp.’s (NYSE:NWS) MySpace online social network has been found to have been
transmitting personally identifiable data on users to advertisers, The Wall
Street Journal reported. As with Facebook, the information is being transmitted
via MySpace user IDs, a unique number that associates a MySpace account with
