New York - Facebook is in talks with Internet telephone
service Skype on a partnership that would see a tight integration of the
service on the social network, All Things D reported, citing sources. The deal
would see Skype deploy Facebook Connect, allowing Facebook users to send SMS

Microsoft has announced that it is to integrate its MSN Music portal with Zune Marketplace when it officially launches in the UK.

Nintendo revealed at its 3DS press conference in Tokyo today that its glass-free 3D portable game system will hit stores in Japan on February 26 (price: $300, including a 2GB SD card), followed by the US and Europe one month later (price yet unknown). But that wasn’t all, as big N also showed the final design of the hardware, listed up quite a few cool game titles and made some other interesting announcements.
San Francisco - Confirming multiple reports from yesterday,
AOL (NYSE:AOL) announced on Tuesday that it has acquired technology blog publisher and
events organizer TechCrunch. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The announcement was made by AOL chief executive Tim Armstrong onstage at
TechCrunch’s Disrupt conference in San Francisco. Founded in 2005 by Michael
Arrington, TechCrunch operates sites including its flagship TechCrunch.com,
