Well that didn’t take long. Halfway into their big 15 importers in 15 days campaign, Posterous has managed to make one of their competitors very angry. Twitpic is so angry, in fact, that they’re blocking the service and threatening legal action.

News Corp. (NYSE:NWS), NBC Universal (NYSE:GE) and Disney (NYSE:DIS), on Tuesday launched a preview of Hulu
Plus, a $10-per-month subscription service that will offer full current seasons
of TV programs from ABC, Fox and NBC across a range of devices. Hulu Plus
supports PC, Mac (NASD:AAPL), iPad, iPhone, and Samsung Blu-ray players at launch, and will
eventually be extended to Sony’s (NYSE:SNE) PlayStation 3, Bravia TV line and Blu-ray

Yesterday, Digg CEO Kevin Rose tweeted that he’d heard a “huge rumor” that Google was planning to launch a Facebook competitor called “Google Me”, sparking off a wave of speculative reports (Rose has since removed the tweet). Now Adam D’Angelo, who was Facebook’s CTO for years and is now founder of hot Q&A service Quora, is weighing in with more details. And from what he’s hearing, Google Me is indeed very real, and it’s gunning for Facebook.
Palo Alto, Calif. - Elevation Partners, the investment firm
co-founded by U2 lead singer Bono, has significantly increased its stake in social
networking giant Facebook, TechCrunch reported on Monday. Citing a letter to
the firm’s limited partners, the blog reported that Elevation has bought
another five million shares of the company for $120 million on the secondary
