Facebook’s Zuckerberg Promises Privacy Upgrades

- Facebook plans in coming weeks to upgrade its privacy controls to make them
simpler to use, founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg wrote in a column in the
Washington Post on Monday. "We have heard the feedback. There needs to be
a simpler way to control your information. In the coming weeks, we will add
privacy controls that are much simpler to use," Zuckergerg writes in the

WSJ: Privacy Loophole Discovered at Facebook, MySpace

personally identifiable data, such as usernames and profile ID numbers, in the
information they share with advertisers — in potential violation of their own privacy
